We adhere to the original spirit of Joseph Pilates who made it clear that he altered his exercises to meet the needs of the unique body before him. Even within a class environment we do exactly this.

As you go through each class we teach you to get rid of your very individual habits that are being detrimental to your health. We recognize your individual strengths and needs and teach you accordingly, regardless of the strengths or weaknesses of your neighbour on the mat next to you.
